Abumujor Eulogizes Umuidigbe Oji Oldest Man, Describes Him As Man Of Integrity

The Chairman of Obodogba Youth Association, Okpanam in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State, Comrade (Engr.) Chukwuma Abumujor, has described the newly installed Diokpa-Isi (oldest man) of Umuidigbe oji community in Obodogwugwu quarters, Diokpa Mark Nwajei as a man of integrity and unblemished track records .

Comrade Abumujor , who stated this in Umuidigbe oji community in Okpanam during the Diokpaship installation of his grandfather , Diokpa Nwajei, said that the community was blessed to have his uncle as their Diokpa-Isi because he does not compromise.

He noted that the celebrant was a truthful man at all times and asset to Umuidigbe oji, Obodogwugwu and Okpanam at large and prayed for more longevity of life for his uncle.

Comrade Abumujor  used the opportunity to enjoin Obodogba youths to remain steadfast in their commitment to the upliftment of the quarter, reminding them that through love and unity among one another there would be more progress.

Comrade Abumujor urged the people of Umuidigbe oji community to support the leadership of Diokpa Nwajei, expressing optimism that his ascension into the throne had  ushered in new era of  peace and unity in the community.

On his part, the chairman of Umuidigbe oji youths, Comrade Anthony Onyeayana Isitua explained that the new Diokpa-Isi was a bridge builder and peace lover, emphasizing that God kept him alive to unite the community.

Comrade Isitua said that the youths under his leadership were happy that peace had returned to the community and pledged their loyalty and support to Diokpa Nwajei , even as he prayed God to give him the enablement and wisdom to lead the community.

The son of the celebrant, Mr. John Nwajei said that his father was an honest, straightforward and truthful man who does not see black and call it white, noting that he had continued to maintain his legacy.

While appreciating his kinsmen in the entire Obodogwugwu and Okpanam community for honouring  his father and their support for him as well,  Mr. John Nwajei called for unity among the people of Umuidigbe oji community.

Earlier in his remarks, Diokpa Mark  Nwajei said that he would give his subjects good leadership and truth , adding that a leader who does not tell the people the truth is deceiving himself.

Diokpa Nwajei, however, promised to ensure that Umuidigbe oji community was united and peaceful under his watch as their Diokpa-Isi, just as he implored every individual in the community to embrace peace in order to move the community forward.

He thanked Umuidigbe oji community, Obodogwugwu and Okpanam in general for their support.
