Easter: Oshimili South NUT Chairman, Mokogwu Tasks Teachers On Sacrifice, Commitment

The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) for Oshimili South Local Government Area of Delta State, Comrade Joseph Chinedu Mokogwu, has urged teachers in the local government to imbibe the spirit of sacrifice, love and commitment to their profession and service of God .
Comrade Mokogwu in his Easter messages to teachers , said that Easter was a a season for sober reflection geared towards commemorating the courage , determination and resilience as well as hope exemplified by Jesus Christ who died and rose from death.
He stated that by reasons of his his death and resurrection, Jesus Christ had paid the price for mankind.
The NUT Chairman said that Easter was the most significant moment that all Christians must observe and ensure that they forgive one another as Jesus Christ demonstrated his love for mankind by dying for their sins and also forgave them.
Comrade Mokogwu, a renowned educationist and Prophet, affirmed that Easter was a time for spiritual rejuvenation, adding that teachers in Oshimili South should discharge their responsibility with renewed commitment.
While commending them for their efforts and their impactful role in the society by sharing knowledge and mentorship to the children, Comrade Mokogwu enjoined teachers to maintain their level of commitment for the overall benefits of the society.
Comrade Mokogwu explained that as educators , their efforts, dedication and resilience had contributed immensely in shaping the future generations, expressing his unwavering support and commitment to the welfare of teachers.
He described Oborevwori as teachers friendly Governor, noting that his administration had continued to demonstrate passion for the welfare of teachers and the entire workforce in the State.
Comrade Mokogwu appreciated teachers in Oshimili South Local Government Area for their support to his leadership, assuring them that he would continue to operate open door policy and carry them along in the scheme of things.
