UGHELLI COUNCIL BOSS CHARGES PARTICIPANTS TO SEIZE OPPORTUNITY AS JOB CREATION BUREAU FLAGS OF TRAINING EXERCISE.

Olorogun Jaro Egbo charges participants to seized opportunities to learn and contribute to the economy development of Delta State.

As the Delta State Job and Wealth Creation Bureau flagged off training exercise in Ughelli North LGA.

The Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Olorogun Barr Jaro Movudu Egbo Ksc, has urged enlisted participants of the Delta State "MORE BIZUP programme", to seize the opportunity to learn, upgrade and contribute their quotas to the economic development of Delta State. This call to action was made during the Delta State Job and Wealth Creation Bureau's training exercise for participants in Ughelli/Udu federal constituency held today at the Ughelli North Local Government Council Secretariat Hall.

Olorogun Jaro Egbo Ksc, commended the state, Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, and the DG of the Job and wealth Creation Bureau, Comrade Ifeanyi Michael Egwunyenga for his well thought initiative and efforts in human capital development and economic growth in the State. He emphasized the importance of acquiring new skills and knowledge to drive economic development and nation-building.

The training exercise by the Delta State Job and Wealth Creation Bureau is a step in the right direction, providing opportunities for individuals to acquire New skill, upscale their business and contribute to the state's economic development.

Edwin Clark dies at 97 Former Federal Commissioner for Information and South-South Leader, Edwin Clark, is de@d. According to a statement released by his family, the chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF died on Monday night,February 17. He was 97 years old.  The statement read,  “The Clark-Fuludu Bekederemo family of Kiagbodo Town, Delta State, wishes to announce the passing of Chief (Dr.) Sen. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark OFR, CON on Monday 17th February , 2025.’’ Born in Kiagbodo, in the Ijaw area of what is now Delta State, late Clark attended primary and secondary schools at Effurun, Okrika and Afugbene before completing further studies at the Government Teacher Training College, which later became Delta State University, Abraka.
