Sapele PDP reiterates commitment to Oborevwori's administration as Aguariawvodo holds town hall meeting with party faithful.

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Sapele, Delta State has reiterated its commitment to His Excellency, Executive Governor, Delta State Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori's administration as they pass a vote of confidence on him. 

Leaders of Sapele PDP reiterated their commitment during a town hall meeting held at Sapele local government council Hall on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.

The meeting which was at the instance of Senior Political Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, Senator Emmanuel Edesiri Aguariavwodo was attended by leaders of Sapele PDP amongst other party faithful.

In a welcome address presented by the Sapele PDP LGA chairman, Hon. Francis Okpigben appreciated His Excellency, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori for the construction of ongoing roads in Sapele, while appreciating Senator Aguariavwodo for holding such a crucial meeting with party leaders and faithful. 
Speaking further, Francis Okpigben requested for more appointments for party faithful and the construction of more roads in Sapele local government area.

Senator Emmanuel Edesiri Aguariavwodo, Senior Political Adviser to Governor Sheriff on his part, appreciated party leaders for their support, while urging party faithful to continue in unity and love, adding that PDP is a family of one big umbrella that has the ability to accommodate everyone. He urged them to work together as it will ensure more success for the PDP as a party.

Edwin Clark dies at 97 Former Federal Commissioner for Information and South-South Leader, Edwin Clark, is de@d. According to a statement released by his family, the chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF died on Monday night,February 17. He was 97 years old.  The statement read,  “The Clark-Fuludu Bekederemo family of Kiagbodo Town, Delta State, wishes to announce the passing of Chief (Dr.) Sen.
