Bureau For Special Duties: Etacherure Defends 2025 Budget Proposal Before Assembly.
The Honourable Commissioner, Bureau for Special Duties, Hon Etacherure Ejiro Terry with a retinue of top management officers of the Bureau and it’s affiliate Agencies including the Permanent Secretary has presented the 2025 Budget before the House committee on Special Duties,Chaired by Hon. Ebitonmo Anthony Alapala, the Honorable member representing Burutu Constituency 1,Delta State.
Opening his presentation by outlining the functions of the Bureau, Hon Etacherure gave an analysis of the budget performance of the Bureau for the outgoing year before laying out his vision for the Bureau in the upcoming year 2025, which was obviously in line with the M.O.R.E agenda of this administration led by the champion of Delta democracy, His Excellency, Rt Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
At the end of the presentation, the board shared their thoughts on some of the challenges faced by the bureau in cause of the presentation. The committee’s feedback highlighted areas for improvement, emphasizing the need for efficient resource allocation and innovative solutions and were tasked with maximizing the 2025 Fiscal Consolidation budget to drive growth and prosperity in Delta State.
