Cyril Ogodo Emerges As DG Sapele Election Campaign Council. 


GOVERNOR SHERIFF OBOREVWORI IS ON THE RIGHT PATH TO SUCCEED
 
Okakuro Godwin Dadi made this assertion during the inauguration of the PDP campaign council for the July 13th Local government election in sapele. 
He charged the team headed by Chief Cyril Abeye Ogodo as the Director General, to follow the pragmatic approach of the state governor and ensure that the MORE Agenda should be the guiding principle for all members of the campaign council. 
Okakuro Dadi called on all members of the party to embrace the party’s flag bearer Okakuro Bright Abeke whom he described as a grassroot politician, so that together the party will emerge victorious. 
He called on Dr Godfrey Enita who emerged as the chairman of the campaign council to bring his long term experience in party politics to bear in this particular assignment. According to him, I expect members of the various directorates to work in synergy in other for the party to be victorious. 
The ceremony was well attended by the who is who in sapele politics.

Edwin Clark dies at 97 Former Federal Commissioner for Information and South-South Leader, Edwin Clark, is de@d. According to a statement released by his family, the chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF died on Monday night,February 17. He was 97 years old.  The statement read,  “The Clark-Fuludu Bekederemo family of Kiagbodo Town, Delta State, wishes to announce the passing of Chief (Dr.) Sen. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark OFR, CON on Monday 17th February , 2025.’’ Born in Kiagbodo, in the Ijaw area of what is now Delta State, late Clark attended primary and secondary schools at Effurun, Okrika and Afugbene before completing further studies at the Government Teacher Training College, which later became Delta State University, Abraka.
