Sapele: Perkins Umukoro assures residents of easy access, opens constituency office.

The Honourable member representing Sapele Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Chief Perkins Awolowo Umukoro, Chief Whip of the House, has assured the people of Sapele easy accessibility to reach him and air themselves on ways that will bring development and growth.
Perkins Umukoro stated this on Friday, December 15th, 2023 while commissioning his office located at no 78, Okpe road, Sapele local government area, Delta State.
Speaking to Sapele Mirror media crew, he said; "I have opened this office, to enable the people that I represent to have easy access to me. Anyone that wants to see me will come here, so that we can brain storm together".
I discovered that the general public usually finds it difficult to access elected officers, I want the people who elected me, to access me easily, they elected me for a purpose. I will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday on a weekly basis. I don't want the people to see me as a difficult elected officer.
Opening my office became necessary to ease the stress of my constituents, rather than traveling down to Asaba to see me for one or two discussions, I decided to open my office here, so that they can access me conveniently. I want to be able to communicate with my people easily and I also want to let them know that I have hit the ground running, he said.
