Ist coronation anniversary, Lovette Idisi salutes Ovie of Mosogar

Rt Hon Lovette Idisi, Omoroforo of Idjerhe kingdom, Osuoturode of Agbon Kingdom has congratulated His Royal Majesty, King Sunny Okpurhe, Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom on the 1st anniversary of his coronation.
In a statement made available to newsmen, Chief Lovette Idisi lauded the monarch for making Mosogar kingdom peaceful and investment friendly since ascending the throne.

He described King Sunny Okpurhe as a man of wisdom, peace, & integrity whose tenure within a year has been of immense blessings to the kingdom and residence.
Chief Idisi also commended the royal father for his love for his people, while describing him as an elder statesman, bridge builder with great capability and capacity.

On behalf of my beloved family, friends & teeming supporters, I heartily congratulate you as you celebrate your 1st coronation on the throne, he added.

Edwin Clark dies at 97 Former Federal Commissioner for Information and South-South Leader, Edwin Clark, is de@d. According to a statement released by his family, the chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF died on Monday night,February 17. He was 97 years old.  The statement read,  “The Clark-Fuludu Bekederemo family of Kiagbodo Town, Delta State, wishes to announce the passing of Chief (Dr.) Sen. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark OFR, CON on Monday 17th February , 2025.’’ Born in Kiagbodo, in the Ijaw area of what is now Delta State, late Clark attended primary and secondary schools at Effurun, Okrika and Afugbene before completing further studies at the Government Teacher Training College, which later became Delta State University, Abraka. Thereafter, he worked briefly as a school teacher before traveling abroad to earn a law degree.
