Rt Honourable Lovette Idisi has invited the general public to grace his chieftaincy title ceremony schedule to hold as follows;

Dear sir/madam

kindly grace my  chieftancy tittle ceremony with your presence schedule to hold at the palace of HRM Sunny Okpurhe of Mosogar kingdom.

*1ST CORONATION ANNIVERSARY OF MOSOGAR MONARCH**

This is to inform the general public, particularly the good people of Mosogar Kingdom that the 1st Coronation Anniversary of our Royal Father, Uduaka 1,Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom has been scheduled as follows;

DAY 1:

Thursday 14th December,2023: Conferment of Chieftaincy title on indigenes and deserving Non Indigenes.

DAY 2:

Friday 15th December, 2023: Interdenominational Thanksgiving/Grand Finale of the ceremony.

Therefore, all sons and daughters of Mosogar Kingdom are advised not to fixed burial, marriage or any other ceremony on Friday 15th of December, 2023. All stores and market are also advised to closed except schools. This is to avail everyone the opportunity to be part of the special celebration to mark the one year coronation anniversary of our Monarch.

Edwin Clark dies at 97 Former Federal Commissioner for Information and South-South Leader, Edwin Clark, is de@d. According to a statement released by his family, the chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF died on Monday night,February 17. He was 97 years old.  The statement read,  “The Clark-Fuludu Bekederemo family of Kiagbodo Town, Delta State, wishes to announce the passing of Chief (Dr.) Sen. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark OFR, CON on Monday 17th February , 2025.’’ Born in Kiagbodo, in the Ijaw area of what is now Delta State, late Clark attended primary and secondary schools at Effurun, Okrika and Afugbene before completing further studies at the Government Teacher Training College, which later became Delta State University, Abraka.
