My Reappointment is a call to duty to do more says Major Egone

A chieftain of the ruling party in Delta State, Chief Major Patrick Egone has described his reappointment into the "Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council" by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as a call to do more in line with the state MORE-AGENDA mantra.
Major Egone rtd made the assertion weekend when addressing selected journalists at Ughelli the administrative headquarters of Ughelli North local government area of Delta State.
According to him, "My reappointment as a member of Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council is a call to do more work for the overall development of the state.
" I considered it as a rare privilege to be reconsidered and reappointed to service in the council having served in the same council during the reign of the immediate past governor of the state, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa.
"This is a call to duty to do more for the state in line with the MORE-AGENDA mantra of the state governor".
While expressing his deep appreciation to the Governor, he said, I wish to express my sincere gratitude to you for reappointing me into the Delta State Advisory & Peace Building Council. It is an honour and privilege to serve in this capacity and contribute to the development of our dear great state.
I am committed to working diligently with other members of the council to provide valuable insights and recommendations that will contribute to the overall growth and progress of Delta State.
He assured the governor of his commitment to collaborate with him and other leaders in the state to move Delta State to its enviable place.
Earlier he noted that the state governor has started well and does not have doubt in his mind that Delta State will be the envy of all other states in the country with him as the governor of the state.
