Esiso Bags Chieftaincy Title, Becomes the Ebetarovwe Of Tarakiri Kingdom

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP Delta State Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso has bagged the chieftaincy title as the "Ebetarovwe Of Tarakiri Kingdom"

The Delta State PDP Chairman was conferred with the prestigious Chieftancy titles by HRM. Dr. Owoupele Danladi Foubiri, MD. PHD. (Urulogy) The Enenanoweu of Tarakiri Kingdom.

The Tarakiri Monarch while stating that Barrister Esiso's  contributions to the growth of  humanity, his philanthropist lifestyle and contributions towards societal development

necessitated by the honour done on him, he called on other sons and daughters of the Kingdom to emulate the legal luminary cum politician.
Addressing pressmen shortly after he was  conferred the title, Esiso thanked the HRM. Dr. Owoupele Danladi Foubiri, MD. PHD. (Urulogy) The Enenanoweu of Tarakiri Kingdom for finding him worthy of this  Chieftaincy title, stating that the Chieftancy title would motivate him to do more for the People and will enable him to double his efforts in contributing towards Societal Development.
Present at the event were Okakuro Perkins Umukoro Majority Leader DTHA, Olorogun Benson Odjiyovwi Okorodudu Executive Assistant to Governor of Delta State on Conflict Resolution, Hon. Ofobrukueta Victor Executive Chairman Ethiope East LGA, Chf Hon Aghogho Adibor , Mr. Rex Ogbakpa, Hon Jubilee Akufo, amongst other high ranking government functionaries.

DTSG Shifts BECE , Reschedules Examinations Commencement Date To  Monday, June 16 By Magnus Emuji  The 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) , earlier scheduled to begin from June 9 to June 13 for both public and private secondary schools in Delta State has been shifted to a new date . Edwin Clark dies at 97 Former Federal Commissioner for Information and South-South Leader, Edwin Clark, is de@d. According to a statement released by his family, the chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF died on Monday night,February 17. He was 97 years old.  The statement read,  “The Clark-Fuludu Bekederemo family of Kiagbodo Town, Delta State, wishes to announce the passing of Chief (Dr.) Sen. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark OFR, CON on Monday 17th February , 2025.’’ Born in Kiagbodo, in the Ijaw area of what is now Delta State, late Clark attended primary and secondary schools at Effurun, Okrika and Afugbene before completing further studies at the Government Teacher Training College, which later became Delta State University, Abraka.
